    I bought a blue Google glass almost 9 years ago once it was released and it cost me almost 2,000 dollars if I remembered correctly. By the time Google Glass is released, it's such an innovative tool that people are so surprised by its intelligent features. If you look at the Prism using only one eye, you can see words in small font sizes printed on the glasses. And you will wake up the glasses using the echo words "Ok, Glass". Even though it's break-through technology, there are still some draw backs of first generation Google Glass. Cons: 1. Small fonts on the prism difficult to dead Clearly, which may cause eye fatigue easily. 2. The battery is easily overheating. I used the Glass for about 10 minutes, and you can easily feel that the glasses are heated. 3. Not Intelligent Enough. By 2014-2015, these voice assistants are all using instruction and template for dialogue generation. It's not so smooth for voice assistant and there are a lot of errors recoganizing user's voice. What I expect for next generation Google glass using generative AI technology. 1. Natural and Fluent Conversation With the development of Gemini LLM, I am really looking forward to the next generation Google Glass. Hopefully it will converse with me fluently and understand my needs. 2. Longer Lasting Battery and Not Easily Overheated If you wear a Glass often, you don't want it to get overheated on your head and make you feel uncomfortable. 3. Large Words Projected on the Glasses So People can easily see the words printed on the glasses clearly.

    I bought the latest Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses on Ray-Ban web store, which is a jointly developed Gadget AI Glass between Meta and Ray-Ban. The voice assistant feature is stunning. But it seems like the response is not quick enough to process very long user input or questions. The price is $ 299.00 and it's a little bit expensive than I expected for similar products in the same category. But overall, it's still worth buying.
