If you take the ride the first time and feel uncomfortable, there will be a safety guy riding in the front row and do nothing. There will be no people around if you take the ride next time. Overall, the price is relative low compared to normal cabs, But the speed is too slow. 3 kilometers' ride will take more than 20-30 minutes. Overall the experience is good.
