Microsoft provides the best productivity tools in the PC era, such as Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc). And I am pretty confident that Microsoft will excels at the workplace AI Agents. And I think using the Microsoft 365 can help boost the AI Agent building process and the deployment procedure.

The ideas of sales, IT, supply AI agents proposed by Microsoft are very challenging and difficult for standarization in my point of view. I will revise the comment if it can really increase the productivity that much according to what Microsoft is promoting.

Microsoft copilot is very helpful and power AI Agents platform, except that it costs me 20 dollars a month, which is a little bit expensive so I turn to a free alternative.

Overall I think Autogen is a powerful AI agent framework worth trying but it needs a quite steep learning curve to handle all the concepts and abstraction for me as a python coder.I tried some of their demos and I do have some difficulties understanding the abstraction of many agent role class including AssistantAgent, UserProxyAgent, etc. The demo is showing an example with prompt "Plot a chart of Meta and Tesla Stock Price change YTD". This example is quite clear though, also requires the collaboration of multiple agents with additional step of "pip installation of a package yFinance".

ChatGPT responded my question "What factors should I consider when choosing pacemaker for elderly people?" with 9 factors to consider when choosing pacemaker for elderly people, including Health Condition, Type of Pacemaker, Battery Life, Programming and Monitoring, Size and Comfort, Safety Features, Implantation Procedure, Hospital and Physician Experience, Cost and Insurance Coverage. In the end it advised me to consult with a cardiologist or cardiac electrophysiologist is essential to determine the most suitable pacemaker based on the specific medical condition and needs of the elderly person. The response are quite helpful and it mentions "Programming and Monitoring" and "Implantation Procedure", which are not covered by other AI agents.

I asked ChatGPT a question about "Requirements of selling a house in California". And ChatGPT lists 10 required documents of selling houses in California, including Seller's Disclosures, Transfer Disclosure Statement (TDS), Natural Hazard Disclosure Statement (NHDS), Local Ordinances, Title Transfer and Escrow, Tax and Fee Payments, Closing Documents, Compliance with Fair Housing Laws, Real Estate Agent Requirements, Capital Gains Tax. I compared the results with responses from other AI, and it seems like "Megan's Law Disclosure", "Purchase Agreement", "Deed" are missing. And ChatGPT provides unique answers like Fair Housing Laws, etc. Besides, additional links of trustworthy information resources are not provided. So I can only give it an average rating. Prompt: You are a lawyer specialized in real estate law. I will consult you a few questions. And my questions include "What are the legal requirements for selling a house in California?"

I asked ChatGPT to act as an insurance agent, who will answer questions about insurance, including "Should I buy health insurance for my mom who is above 50 years old already?" and "My mom has broken her legs and is on wheels right now. And I am wondering if it's economic to buy additional health insurance". ChatGPT replied with very general and vague response like considering "Medical Expenses", "Coverage Benefits" and "Financial Protection". And for my second question about my mom's situation, broken legs on wheel chair, it still gave vague response like "Current Needs", "Insurance Coverage", "Cost-Benefit Analysis", "Consultation". So not very helpful...
